Monica Theriot-Habetz joined Petroleum Engineers Inc. ("PEI") in 1997. Attended the Prentice & Hill Well Planning School after studying Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM) at the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, LA. Currently, she is the IT Manager/Technical Engineer. The IT Group offers a complete line of technology/computer related needs, including communications coordinator to system rentals, for the wellsite to in-house technical support and systems administration.

While at PEI, Monica has managed IT projects for Remington Oil & Gas, Walter Oil & Gas, Peltex, Key Operating, Patara Oil & Gas, Browning Oil & Gas, Panther Bayou, and Dune Energy among many others. She has also supported engineering projects for Armstrong Oil & Gas, Zenergy, and Walter Oil & Gas among many others.
